My mission is to empower you to take control of your mindset, health and fitness; to not let stress & anxiety rule your life; to support busy, stressed out, anxious humans who feel unfit and disconnected from themselves to use meditation, mindfulness, yoga, philosophy, movement and more to feel healthy, happy, calm and content in their minds and bodies so that they live with daily joy and freedom; to learn how to slow down when your world feels chaotic & to remember that you have the power within your self to lead a life you love.

For those of you that don’t know me HI, my name’s Harriet and  I have created a global movement of Mindful Warriors and we are on a mission to  claim back control of our mental health LONG TERM.

We believe that looking after your mental health should be the number one priority in your life and the foundation for all other aspects of you life to fall into place. We also believe that it doesn’t have to cost you time in your day when you’re still juggling big responsibilities.  

We do NOT stand for fad diets, quick fixes or hourrrrs of our day taken away.  

You're probably wondering... Who am I and how can I make these claims?

I have a lifetime of experience navigating my own mental health and have been showing other stressed out busy humans how to do the same. I’m proud to say I have achieved a wellness routine that works in my busy life, the physical health my body deserves and the mental clarity and awareness to navigate lives challenges with ease. 

It all started after a mental health breakdown in London over 4 years ago where anxiety and depression broke me, but now I’m out the other side and I’m here to help YOU and prevent others from reaching the same crisis point I got to.

✅ The program is specifically designed to put an end to stressful living and unsuccessful attempts at long term physical and mental health. It’s designed for people who’ve tried the gym, you tube videos, the latest fad diets and still haven’t been able to find the freedom, health and happiness their body deserves. When you apply, we’ll jump on a short call to figure out if it’s right for you or not.

👉 Do I need any equipment?

✅ You don’t need any equipment for the whole programme! Just come as you are!

👉 How much time do I need?

✅You need to commit to 20 minutes a day - yes, you read that right! Just 20 minutes to a happy, healthy you in just 6 weeks!

👉 Is a remote coaching programme right for me?
